WHAT IS CASH BACK REBATE

In forex trading the terms of rebate cash back (not bonus funds) commonly known by most traders.

If you concerned about profit, forex rebates one of an effective way to boost your profit, you get a real cashback on every trade you make, no matter your trade in win or lose positions.

Rebate cash back is like a reward bonus where a broker gives a real capital every time trader make a trades and allowing trader to reduce a commission or spread’s cost.

The rate of rebate cash back are calculated upon completion or at closing of transaction. (Spot, CFD, including crypto currency and not counted by volume).

In order to get a trading account with rebate cash back program, a trader must either register or open a trading account via affiliate IB or Forex brokerage link. (bear in mind not all forex brokerage offered rebate cash).

CASH BACK REBATE CALCULATION (example)

Trader conduct a transaction of EURUSD pair at 1 standard lot with spread of 2 pips.

Upon a transaction entry, amounting of -2pips (or $ 20) has been paid to the broker.

Through the cash back rebate program, upon closing a transaction a small portion from the previous spreads (-2pips @ $ 20) refunded back to the trader via the rebate payment system provided by the broker.

if the calculation of rebate at 1 standard lot at an example of 0.75 pips (from 2pips), then the trader will be getting a rebate cash back of $ 7.5,

In conclusion, if (from example) in a month you are trading at 20 standard lots; therefore 20 lot x $ 7.5 = $ 150.

The higher the number of monthly trades, the more cash back rebates will be earned.

IS ALL FOREX FIRMS PROVIDING A REBATE CASH BACK?

Not all forex brokerage  provides a cash back rebate.  You should consult your IB affiliate provider or forex firm (if you already have a trading account)
